Originally a classroom and instructional commons, we are changing Dey 101 into a tech lounge for faculty members and students alike at UNC. This will be a multipurpose space with a conference table, computer stations, and DVD viewing stations. Additionally, our staff will be housed in this room once it is finished. The goal of this room is to provide a space for students and faculty to discuss digital projects (such as digital humanities) and out staff will assist them in setting up these projects, recommending appropriate equipment and software.
