We are in the process of turning Dey 109 into a dual-purpose room: a projection theater and an exhibition space.

Projection Theater

With our projection theater, we plan to be the only place on campus with a high-definition movie projector. Our space will seat around thirty people for a movie screening and we will collaborate with other departments on campus, particularly the department of English and Comparative Literature and their minor in Global Cinema Studies. The projection theater will be open to both classes and other interested groups.

Exhibition Space

The other half of the room will be dedicated to an exhibition space for creative talent. Examples of this could be artwork, poetry slams, musical performances, among other possibilities.
